Now 45, Madison was known as Hefner’s “number one girlfriend” during her time living at the Playboy mansion in the 2000s.
While the iconic mansion in Los Angeles saw a constant stream of people, there were a few women who stood out.
They were known as Hefner’s main girlfriends, and Madison was one of them. Hefner passed away in 2017 at the age of 91.
In a conversation on the In Your Dreams podcast hosted by Owen Thiele, she reflected on what it was like sharing Hefner with his other live-in girlfriends, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson. She also spoke honestly about what it was like behind the scenes.
When it came to their sex life, she said that things were more “normal” than most people might expect, especially given the 50-year age gap. But she did admit there was one particular act that she truly couldn’t stand.

“Everybody else in the room, no. That was disgusting. I hated it. I made it very known I hated it.”
“If it was just me and him, it was a lot more normal than you would think.”
She explained: “I think everybody has this real horror story of how gross an old man’s body must be.”
“I feel like there was a time when I couldn’t post anything without some dumba** in the comments like, ‘Oh, old balls’, or something like that and look, maybe some people’s balls do get old and nasty, but I’ve never seen such a thing.”

Even though things felt relatively normal between the two of them when they were alone, Madison has been very vocal about the pressures and dark sides of the Playboy lifestyle.
In an interview with Mail Online, she described how difficult it was to navigate that world. She said: “When you’re involved in a world where you’re highly sexualized or sexualizing yourself, and there’s a lot of things at stake and things you could possibly gain, like fame, money, opportunities, there’s people around you who are jealous of those things. It’s truly living life in the fast lane.”
